We offer free shipping across India to all serviceable pin codes.

Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners depending on your location.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Prepaid orders are dispatched faster.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via call or SMS before dispatch. Unverified orders may be cancelled.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your city, courier partner, or local conditions.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote location constraints

4. Shipping Charges

  • We provide Free Shipping Pan India.

  • No additional delivery fee is charged at checkout unless specifically mentioned during promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email or SMS

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Missed Deliveries

If delivery fails because:

  • The recipient is unavailable

  • The phone number is unreachable

  • The address is incorrect

The courier may attempt re-delivery.

If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

7. Unserviceable Locations

If your pin code is temporarily unserviceable after order placement, we will:

  • Inform you promptly

  • Cancel the order

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes.

  • COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.

  • Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to COD restrictions on future purchases.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
