1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped. Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free shipping across India on all orders unless mentioned otherwise during special offers.

3. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive:

• A confirmation SMS or email
• Your tracking number
• A tracking link

You can monitor your shipment in real time using the link provided.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Debit & Credit Cards
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online payments are processed through secure gateways.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before it is dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return if your order qualifies under our Return Policy.

6. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a wrong product
• The product is defective

The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for approval.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the returned product is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days
• Amount is sent to the original payment method
• COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI

8. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?

COD is available for most serviceable pin codes.

Some orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
Repeated COD cancellations may lead to COD restriction on future purchases.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
