Cancellation Policy

At Raiina, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please read this cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please mention your Order Number in the request.

If the order has not been packed or shipped:

  • Cancellation will be approved

  • A full refund will be initiated

  • Refund for prepaid orders will be processed within 1–2 working days

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms will not be considered valid. Please use official support channels only.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you do not wish to keep the product after dispatch:

  • Accept the delivery

  • Raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy

Approval will be subject to return eligibility rules.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or SMS

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically

  • Repeated COD cancellations may result in COD option being restricted for future orders

4. Refund for Prepaid Order Cancellation

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch:

  • Full refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timeline depends on your bank and may take 3–7 working days to reflect

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Raiina reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

  • The order is flagged as high-risk or suspicious

  • There is a pricing or technical error

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
