Refund policy

At Raiina, we check every product before dispatch. If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will assist you as per the policy below.

Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery

Conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and parts must be intact

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be approved.

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Product does not meet personal preference

  • Minor color or design variation due to screen difference

  • Used or damaged after delivery

  • Missing original packaging

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only if:

  • You received a wrong product

Conditions:

  • Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery

  • Unboxing video is compulsory

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Order number

  • Clear reason for return

  • Complete unboxing video showing the issue

After verification:

  • We may arrange pickup (if serviceable in your area)

  • Or you may be asked to self-ship the product

Return approval is subject to inspection.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timeline: 8–15 business days after approval

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI

  • Bank details must match the order name

Refund will not be issued if:

  • Product is used

  • Packaging is damaged or missing

  • Video proof is not provided

  • Claim is found invalid after inspection

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Prepaid cancellations (before dispatch) are refunded within 1–2 working days.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Without video proof, replacement or refund cannot be processed.
